General

If I buy a theme on this site, where can I use it?

The themes available here are for sites running a self-hosted version of WordPress (available on WordPress.org). If you’re looking for themes for your WordPress.com site, we’ll have some available there soon!

Will your themes work with older versions of WordPress?

All our themes are built to work with WordPress 6.1 or later. Please be sure you’ve updated your version before trying to use any of our themes.

What happens after my license expires?

Nothing! The theme stays as is. Everything will keep working as usual. The only difference is priority support will no longer be available to you, and you will no longer receive automatic security updates for your theme.

How many sites can I use my theme on?

Your license allows you to use the theme on up to five sites.

Will the theme work in a different language?

Yes, all our themes are translation ready and offer right-to-left support.

Can I test the theme before I buy it?

You can see a demo for each theme on the theme’s page.

How can I update my theme?

You’ll need to make sure you’ve set up your license in your theme in order to get theme updates. You can find the steps on how to do that here.

Can I change the fonts in the theme?

With the help of a plugin, this is absolutely possible! I’ve written a handy guide on this. You can read it here.

My Images aren’t showing up on my blog page. How can I fix this?

If your previous theme didn’t allow featured images, you’ll notice the images missing on your blog feed. You can fix this by attaching a Featured Image to each of your posts, or if you have several posts to edit, you can use a plugin which will automatically grab the first image in your post and set it as a featured image.

Can I change the layout/width/meta placement/etc., in the theme?

Yes! WordPress’ new theme editor lets you change your layout without needing to know how to code. We highly recommend using a child theme for this, which you can easily create with the Create Block Theme plugin.

Will videos work?

Yes. Take a look at the list of videos WordPress supports. These videos can be embedded directly in your post.

Refund Policy

Do you offer refunds?

We believe that you’ll absolutely love our themes. We put them through rigorous quality assurance checks and are constantly improving and adding to them. But we also understand we might have missed something that could make it perfect for you. That’s why, if we can’t help you resolve any issues you may have, we’re happy to offer you a refund within 14 days of your purchase.
